Saw online some people were using concentrated citirc acid (which you can buy in powder form from the store) to make a paste to take off labels from printed jars. If it is paint, it may come off with acetone or the like. If it is a baked enamel it may not leave a "shadow" in the glass as it tends to etch a bit.
Did it come with the bracket to reverse the door? I know the regular ones do, not sure if this one does or not.
Yes brackets
Just got mine. Mine is like this as well. I don't feel any place it should be resting on so I'm wondering if that's intended to rest on that
This is a defect. The top ceiling should not slop down like that. It should have been bolted down or had some kind of a clip to secure in place during manufacturing. I contacted customer support for help.

Defect or design flaw? Weird that both of ours would be the same thing. I'm just going to put some sticky 3M clip thing back there to keep it up vs drilling
Actually. Putting a shelf on the top groove wouldn't make sense. You'd have like a quarter inch of space-l.
Assuming using four shelves is if you use wine bottles mostly.

Sorry where would you put the adhesive? Would it even stick? How would you access behind thr panel?
Just on the back anywhere. It'd be anywhere that would push it up, not behind the panel. So it'd be visible if you were like down there looking for it. I think it'd stick- I have some 3M stuff in my main fridge and that's stuck.
Decided to just leave it the way it is though- that top rail isnt meant for a shelf (put one there and look how much space is left- enough for a couple sheets of paper). I honestly think it's just a design flaw where they just said "eh this works" vs us having defective units. Annoying but doesn't bother me too much.
Wish I had a use for the fourth shelf- it shall live out its days in the garage never to be seen again.

I agree it seems like a design defect because there was never any screwholes or grooved to begin with. That said, F companies like this and we should make them pay. I hate substandard products with deliberate flaw.
Update: ended up getting a refund after some back and forth photos. Might see if I can repurpose some part of it as a cabinet, but its days as a fridge have ended.

What was the response about the defect? Did they have a fix?
