Whatever available in the market, like you're building a normal Desktop. Only difference is that you need to get SO-DIMM (Laptop) memory instead of normal Desktop memory. This is basically CPU and Cooling solution integrated in a standard Mini_ITX motherboard.

I don't know why I want this so bad. I mostly game. My common sense tells me that my 5600x and 6800 have a few years left

Feels like this should have had USB 4.

Why? First of all any Desktop Ryzen processors don't have USB4, only pure mobile CPUs do. This HX series is nothing but Desktop series CPUs in BGA Package for laptop and hence don't have USB4
2ndly, USB4 is required in laptops or mini PCs which don't have enough ports or upgradable components. This is a mini-ITX motherboard like a desktop. How many desktop boards you've seen coming withcUSB4?

None of the desktop mobos have usb4. Somewhat of a disappointment when buying the am5 platform. I think one is coming soon…

If people really want the port they have to add it with a pci slot which defeats the whole purpose on some level.

That's because neither Zen 2, 3 or new Zen 4 Desktop Processors have USB4 intbuilt in the CPU, and same for the HX series Mobile CPUs which is just Desktop Ryzens packaged in BGA for Mobile platform. Only the Zen 3+ and Zen4 pure Mobile APUS, 7040 and 6000 series support USB4 in the CPU/SOC. You'll be seeing some upcoming AM5 motherboards with USB4 port as AMD will be launching the ZEN4 APUs, 8000 series, which are essentially mobile 7040 series for desktop with higher TDP and clock speed.

The iGPU is pure sadness. It's a 610M.

I want a good laptop APU to put in my antique computer case. This is not that.

Thank you for pointing that out. I was about to buy but that's a deal killer for me. I thought these had the 780m which I've been thoroughly enjoying on my legion go and was hoping to make a sff pc to match with a little more expansion.

No, this is not for high performance integrated GPU but a high performing CPU where you wanna add a DEDICATED gpu. For your case, wait for the Zen 4 based 8000 series Desktop APU launch.
