At least with these, you're getting natural nutrients like potassium, magnesium, copper, manganese, plus antioxidants and fiber. You can't just say that these are equal to candy without the nuances of both macro and micro nutrients.

Our bodies primarily runs on carbs, its the most efficient fuel source our bodies have. Anyone telling you using fat as a better fuel source isn't that fast nor strong. Carbohydrates aren't evil, it's the people who don't move enough to utilize those carbs
