For me, not good. For others, it's fine. I use only cotton because of skin issues.

I don't have skin issues and still only use 100%. Microfiber is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Microfiber doesn't wear well and gets pills. 100% cotton, long staple or extra long staple are the best.

I think it needs to be said that not all microfiber sheets are the same. I've tried some with mixed results. One set is actually really good. No pills, wearing great. Smooth without being slick like a satin sheet. Another set okay, but not nearly the same and not as good. I have no idea how to tell how good a set is when buying, so shopping for a good set is problematic. Apparently thread count is meaningless with microfiber sheets.

lol it's been 7 years since I bought these sooo... Unsure if it's the same quality but I like them. Mine is 500tc instead of 550
- They're crisp which allows air flow between skin and bed so it keeps you cool.
Crispiness: 8/10
Cold to the touch: 7/10

Bamboo sheets,
Opposite of crisp, fabric hugs your skin. So heat/moisture doesn't wick away as fast as a crispier bed sheet. Great as a fitted sheet, not so great as flat sheet lol unless for winter. I use the other two as my flat sheets in the summer since they breath easier.
Crispiness: -1/10
Cold to the touch: 9/10
Lol this one was actually from slickdeals.. thought I'd give it a try for like $15

Royal Velvet from JC penny is probably my favorite but.. discontinued. Might be called Wrinkle Guard now but can't guarantee. Mine is 600tc santeen. It's like charter club but softer and less crisp. The one linked is 200tc lower soooo.. I don't know, that's a pretty big difference.
Crispiness: 7/10
Cold to the touch: 8/10

Oh yea, then you have percale sheets. Those are SUPER crisp 10/10.. It's so crisp that it's also loud, feels and sounds like you're sleeping on newspaper lol. I'd avoid.

Avoid polyester too. Good for workout clothes, not good for bed
