Quit Technology: 68db running on MAX peak power
It looks like the real number is 68dB which is not great but not terrible. Open frame inverters are always louder than enclosed.

I agree the Firman refurbs seem a better deal but some report getting used, defective units. It's worth reading the Ebay feedback and the comments later in the last thread as people starting getting their Firman generators.
