Not sure brownie is the right word as they are a bit dry and crumbly. But if you're having to watch carb or sugar it's an ok treat on the go.

They look very very very DRY. And Erythritol is poison - horrible for your heart. This is a hard no for me ...

If you look at the reviews, it seems that like a lot of low/no carb sweeteners it causes different reactions in people. Allulose is another one - I have no problems with it, some people see it as a rocket laxative.

I usually have no issues with it either, but when I tried the Duncan Hines blueberry mix, I was done! Though it could've been other things in the ingredient list...I just now know to stay away from DH Keto stuff.

Not sure where you got that info. Erythritol is a naturally occuring sugar alcohol and it's present in small amounts in most fruits. There are no scientific papers or claims that say it's poison for your heart.

You may be confusing erythritol with the artificial sweetners Aspartame and Saccharine, which are carcinogens when consumed in large amounts. And even though they are definitely bad and I avoid them myself, there's no literature that links them to heart disease, only cancer.

The thing that definitely causes heart disease is seed oils such as canola oil and sunflower seed oil and soybean oil. You should avoid them like the plague.
