At my store it was right there, as soon as you walk in. Which is a strange location but there it was. And not even against the wall of sale items but on its own, on a table they set up. Same price.

That post was also YMMV in store while this is confirmed to be working. There has been several post that some Costco currently have no toy section at the moment, which includes the one near me.
