Maybe look into the Apple Watch Ultra? I think it gets 2 or 3 days.

But that feels like a very specific use case. I just charge a bit in the morning and the evening. I'm still wearing my ~4.5 y/o Series 4 with 81% battery capacity and it only dies prematurely on me maybe once a week. (Holding out for the Series X in the hopes that it's finally a significant redesign.)
