The title says unframed, but the last point says it comes ready to hang.. confused here..

it does not come with an outer frame. there is the inner framing of the canvas of itself, the wood that it is stretched over, along with some sort of rear covering panel of like posterboard, will likely have hooks attached so that it is ready to hang. you will likely be able to hang the canvas print by itself immediately out of the box, without attaching your own frame or any of the hooks yourself.

source: haven't ordered from this company, but have ordered many canvas prints from other companies.

unfortunately yes...They must be paying a lot to be promoted all over. I ordered a 2' x 3' canvas. That thing was so warped I couldn't even put it on the wall. It looked like hell. I called them and live chatted them and they just kept saying email customer service. They didn't offer to replace it. They asked for pictures which I provided. I disputed my credit card charges and got a portion of my money back. And that is because I also added a cheap picture to the order for a few dollars more so they ended up charging me for shipping and I got like 80 or 90 percent of my money back. Ended up ordered from google photos and although it was like $25 more it was perfectly flat and no issues
