The $109 Momentplus, N100 deal, and the $60 VGKE, N95 deal were both better.

I have this - and am able to run ESXi on it - you just need a USB network dongle and the driver/fling. I saw it written up somewhere and just followed what they said.

Kamrui is a sister company to Ace magician. Same mini PC's under a different name. Just do a clean install of Windows if you're worried. It's also Amazon Prime shipping, so you can just return it hassle free. Specs are fine for the price. Great candidate for a Plex server or basic task PC.

It comes with RJ45, why do you still need USB dongle?

So where were these deals posted because I've been keeping an eye out for a n100 system and have not seen any at $100.

You can get a Minisforum for about the same amount. Not saying they are a saint of a company, but definitely better reputation.

On a side note, if you order a PC with windows pre installed but never boot it before changing OS to Linux, will your key be valid or did it go poof because it was never registered?

ESXi 8 didn't recognize it at the time. It might now, but I haven't looked.

Why does it include a VGA port? Who still uses that?

I did see the $60 deal mentioned on reddit about a month ago. It was already sold out by the time I checked. Crazy price.

Why wouldn't you just run Proxmox using the built in NIC?

I get that preference is one factor, but not needing a dongle is a strong plus.
