Select "Delete My Account and/or Personal Information" I'd suggest adding a reason along the lines of "I've lost confidence in Applebee's data handling based on the Date Night promotion technical errors" Source: This is linked from the footer of the Applebee's site. As a long-standing patron of Applebee's, I expected better from a company that prides itself on providing a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for its customers. The swift sell-out of the Date Night promotion, coupled with the absence of protective measures, has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I urge Applebee's to review its promotional strategies and implement stronger safeguards to prevent such situations from recurring in the future. Genuine customers should have an equal opportunity to benefit from these promotions without the fear of being edged out by unfair means. I trust that Applebee's will take this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to address the concerns raised.
