Applebees will regret doing this promotion. They will have thousands of pissed off folks with perhaps one hundred winners.
I know it's a scam because Applebees did not disclose the number of cards offered/sold online. There was obviously insider transactions that sold prior to 12 pm EST. Shame on Applebees. I will specifically avoid them in the future. And if I pass an Applebees when in the company of others, I will tell them this story with glee and advocate joining the protest.
