Anyone that created an account for this, put in an account delete request here: Privacy Web Form https://privacyportal.o After you select your state, it will prompt what type of request you are making. Select "Delete My Account and/or Personal Information" I'd suggest adding a reason along the lines of "I've lost confidence in Applebee's data handling based on the Date Night promotion technical errors" Source: This is linked from the footer of the Applebee's site. Obviously, if you already had an account with rewards points, don't do this if you want to keep them. |

Got on my phone and went to the direct link . It didn't have a way to buy the card just a place to enter email to be notified when it was available. I thought since it was chrome on the computer I'd try that.
Hurriedly downloaded chrome app and went straight to the site . Got to direct site at 11:58 and refreshed until the card was available ( at exactly 12) got in my cart and still didn't even have a chance to checkout .
A big f-you to the IT admins at Applebees.
