Did you receive your phones and activate the ones you ordered first before placing the second orders? Or are all of them preorders?
I have not activated any of them yet. But they had shipped. Thought that might help any on here that wanted to order more than the limit of if 2. One was out for delivery while I was on the phone ordering the 3rd on preorder. Hope that helps!

I placed S24 Ultra with trade-in Pixel 8. Then, I shipped my trade-in, which is in transit now. Later, my S24 U order got canceled after 5 days by Spectrum. When I checked with one of Spectrum Rep through chat, they said it happened automatically by their system and asked me to place a new order without a trade-in as I have already shipped my device. At that point, she said existing trade-in can get tagged with new order. And then I placed new order.
Later with doubts in mind, I again reached out to Spectrum Rep over the phone, and now they're saying that they're not aware of how would Assurant handle this situation and asked me to reach out to them. She gave a number to Assurant 1877-875-4282 through which I couldn't connect Assurant Support.
Did anyone come through a similar situation? Please advise
That is the only number spectrum has given me - and I told them that the number is for their device protection plan and you can only get through if you have a valid phone number on the protection plan. No help.

This is the precise reason I do not want to do trade in online and prefer doing it in store.

I just received my pre-order from Spectrum. Still sealed in box.
I am wondering if I can just take it into the store along with my trade in device instead of dealing with shipping etc.

Traded in a junk drawer phone ($705) and after a few Amex offers ($80) I'll be out of pocket less than $100 for my S24. "Upgraded" a completely free unlimited line so no monthly payment, no activation fee.
May I know how to get an AMEX offer? I have AMEX platinum card

I received my device, do I need to activate it or just leave it for 60 days and then get it unlocked?

Anyone with experience?

And here I have no offers. I have 242 offers added to card but spectrum still doesn't show up.
