I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

Usually the promotion still lasts but the memory upgrade is gone. Happened the same with S23 and Z Flip5/Fold5 so I think it will be the same this time as well.

Community wiki says a simple trackphone can be traded-in. I would get one from store since the trade in asks for IMEI. But the phone will be still locked for 12 months. Is that allowed? I didnt read anywhere that phone must be unlocked. I have to click other. right?

Spectrum accepts a locked phone for trade in.

Thanks very much! The memory upgrade isn't as valuable to me as the trade in credit. I'm uncertain of whether my trade-in phone will be accepted due to its condition so I'll wait until the S24 is available in stores so I can get the trade in value at the time of purchase.

Hello!

I have placed an order other day. I got the following message in an email:

Your order <some number> was received and is being processed. Your estimated delivery date is February 9, 2024. We will notify you when your order is finalized and send tracking information when it's shipped.

I don't see any transaction posted in my credit card. I got an email for trade-in device shipping though.

Is this normal?

Yes, shipping date could depend on stock/model/color, and they charge CC just before shipping, but I think I did see a pending charge sooner.

Can you please elaborate? Did you order the second phone as an upgrade on the same line? That would mean that only one phone was active at any given time yet you were able to unlock both the phones after 70days. I'd like to know this as well. In same position as this person, the rep at store opened another line at $29 and the. Told me i can downgrade it to $14 after receiving phone, charged a $20 activation fee too. If anyo e knows how to fix this please advice. TIA

I think that what unlocked means?

the previous s23 promo, I was able to pop in physical sim from other carriers with no issues after unlocked.
