Don't tell me, bill credits?

There's a reason why we go through Spectrum and not Verizon, ATT, or T-Mobile.

Guess what that is.

I have no plans on leaving T-Mobile with all the discounts I have so it works for me. I am surprised I didn't see a post about it but maybe it's not popular due to the bill credits.

Its only good for expensive plan on T-Mobile. If its good for all plans then it will be front page.

Yes. Sent it in early, got it in 3 days and applied to my account. Went on chat and got them to refund to my credit card
Nice, congrats. Do you know if there's a way to check the trade-in status? According to the USPS tracking number, my old phone was picked up by Assurant on January 26th but other than this I haven't found any other way to check the progress.

If it is lost, we out of luck completely? Since the trade in is tied to an imei number, which can't be replaced.....Is it possible to ask for a replacement of the trade-in if not in transit?

Try canceling that trade in and trading in something else (could also try claiming the insurance money on the package from FedEx, generally it should be $50 or $100)
Customer Care could help but can't think of anything else other than that

Is the billing cycle by every 30 days or by calendar month for the phone plan of Spectrum?

Trade-in uses usps on spectrum side, it will be a big hassle to claim insurance money on that (if any?) as spectrum is the one provided shipping label.....
