How long did it take for spectrum to ship your new phone? I ordered a s24 ultra 512gb in titanium black. Said it was supposed to arrive today but they haven't even shipped it yet
They are sold out

I recently received an email stating my Walmart Moto G Play trade-in was declined due to anti-theft concerns. I've checked the phone was factory reset, and I have a video documenting the packaging and reset process if that's helpful. Is there any way to appeal this decision?
Did you sign in google acct on the moto g?

So will it be on back order until it's available or will the order get canceled?

I brought two to the post office on Monday. One was delivered yesterday and the other says :Accepted - USPS in possession of item and still appears to be at origin. I'm going to go to the post office today and see what they can tell me. Weird.

Keith
Post office told me it's likely on its way and i can file a claim after expected delivery date of Monday passes.

contact spectrum mobile via chat. see if you can upload some proof pictures to them. This is the first time on Spectrum deal with anti theft issues. I've not seen anything like this from previous deal.

That's very surprising and frustrating, I would challenge with spectrum that it's a brand new phone with a proof of purchase and how can it be a theft phone when we bought it from Walmart. Give it a try and Good Luck

Received my S24 on a new line just now. Any idea how to activate the phone without unboxing and turning it on? I want to start the 60 days clock but want to make sure my trade in is processed correctly before unboxing

And anyone with trade in stuck in TX sees any movement? No change for mine....

USPS still not marking my package as delivered to Assurant despite sitting a the destination for days. Probably going to contact Spectrum and just return the phone and cancel the phone plan and have them return the trade in. So annoying that they only give 14 day return window for the S24s and are having delays and giving people trouble with trade ins. Not sure what else to do but this is extremely upsetting experience.

My second trade-in arrived before my first one. First one has been stuck in Coppell for 5 days.

So infuriating. Mine has been stuck in Coppell for many days. How is this allowed that they deliver newer packages before older? Definitely will be sending a complaints to USPS regarding undelivered package and complaint regarding the facility itself. May not have an impact, but since many of us are having the same issue there maybe there will be some action take to address the facility if many of us report the issue.
