At least yours show as received, they apparently have truckloads of phones that neither USPS or Assurant is scanning in the system as received/delivered.

I am kind of late shipping out the trade in until today, my trade in says by 2/17. Have 2 phones to trade in, each in their box and their label. Went to the Post Office, the clerk tries to scan them and said the system showing the 2 tracking numbers are invalid. I also asked if I can buy insurance for them, and he said yes but only if he can scan them into the system. So I am on the call with Spectrum and ask them to trouble shooting. They told me to try it again tomorrow at the post office, and also created a ticket for me in case still have an issue so that I have something to use for reporting the issue later or any delay. Another interesting things is that I called twice on this issue, and both representatives said to bring the return to FedEx since they usually use FedEx for trade in, until they pull out my trade in email which does say USPS.

I think I will have the same issue too as my send by date is 2/21 and I haven't sent the trade-in phone yet. Let me know how it goes I will too.
