Yes TV Internet and mobile. All active and all $0. Spectrum chat tried telling me it was sent out by "accident" and everything is fine with my accounts.

I am not 100% sure, but looks like they only pick up once or twice a week.

Mobile billing department. You might need a rep to transfer you.

Thanks, just completed the process. Finally can ease my mind.

P.S: Metro can be port online now, I'm thinking porting out from spectrum to metro when the unlock proces is done.

When you are/were requesting to unlock those phones, are/were you with spectrum internet and with mobile service at all?

Just my guessing, as long as we are still with spectrum mobile for 60 days, and since all the phoned were all bought from them and all paid in full. As long as the lines remain under the service, they should be able to unlock them all under the same account.
Because we can always claim we switch sim around the phones
I am hedging on this. I requested SIM cards after my first set of phones arrived. Each subsequent pair are activated with eSIM and then I immediately switch the service back to the SIM card.

I'll report back after the first set get to 61 days!

be truthful that the 25th Feb 2024 is Sunday and USPS does not deliver on that day.

Here is my last trade-in for online order time line: (I did Total 3 online + 6 Instore Transaction)
  • Online order on Feb 22
  • I got a shipping notification on Feb 23rd
  • I sent my Trade In on Feb 24th
  • Delivered to Assurant on Feb 27th (also got an update from Assurent)
  • Today Morning got Notifation Trad is approved and got the credit.
  • From my experience, I am sure it will be in my account tomorrow morning and I will ask Billing to refund my credit so it will be in my account by Monday,
USPS does make deliveries on Sundays in the year 2024.

Several people in that situation have reported e-mailing Assurant and getting a response. They do not have a phone number. E-mail is [email protected]. If it is beyond the estimated evaluation date might be worth sending a quick message to them.

Looks like they are not processing in the order trade-ins delivered, mine delivered on 25th and they keep changing processing date every 2 days, supposedly done by 29th and still haven't received confirmation.
