If you like, just peel the outer layer of the seed and place with soil it on a 3/5 gal pot. Water it often and you should have a 3 feet tree in 6 months.

I also have some from Costco, Lowes, and Home depot I got at 3 gal. They usually flower after the 2nd year
I use a small heated greenhouse (50- 60°F) during the winter months and have flowering orchids, citrus, mangoes and a non-flowering avocado. Citrus is the only thing bearing ripe fruit so far (about 5 years going). Lemons & mandarins bear quickly and don't grow fast even in larger pots. They are a good fit that way.

People should know that it will take 7 to 8 years for the tree to bear fruit when grown when a seed.
I am in the Portland, Oregon area, and I have many fruit-bearing trees grown from 4-6ft. starts that need a LONGER GROWING SEASON to bear fruit. Sure, they survive and even thrive, but never or rarely bear fruit.
This includes:
Loquat
Guava
Pomegranate
Yuzu
Trees that should have fruited but haven't for several years:
Apple
Pear
Persimmon
Trees that fruited right away:
Peach
Arbequina Olive
Have also tried lemon, lime, and orange. They all sort of survive but don't grown much and never bear fruit.
Exactly, and if the fruit tree was a hybrid, you have no idea what you'll get from the seed.
