True.

It sold for about $100 (street price) back in 1989, so adjust for inflation, that would be $253 in today's dollars

Sincere question, what do you like about it? I've not used a trackball in ages. Wondering it would help reduce carpal tunnel pains vs a mouse

It's the best for gaming, because it is so precise compared to a mouse. Buttons are super crisp.

The USB comes with a fat wrist pad that is supposed to prevent carpal tunnel (not sure if the wireless comes with it?).

You can get aftermarket 55mm balls in a bunch of different colors and designs.

Highly recommended.

Wireless does come with the wrist pad too. I picked up an Amazon warehouse good condition a while back for a bit cheaper than this. Don't really care about the wires but being able to switch between BT and wireless dongle is actually handy for me. I use it regularly with both my personal computer and my work computer by switching it back and forth.

Have you ever tried a USB switch for that use case? I do the same thing and a USB switch was really a gamechanger.
