Less than a dollar each is solid. Great for hiking/outdoor protein snacks.

Low calorie high protein. Usually part of my goto meal for lunch. Two pouches of tuna (different kind). Ends up being 34 grams of protein for only 160 calories.

Protein shakes started giving me issues and I've been using these for months with better gains than when I was using the shakes.

Limit to twice per week tops, due to mercury.

Sardines have a lot less mercury.

Almost competitive pricewise with canned tuna. A lotta salt in this stuff.

Even if you don't care for the protein in terms of weight lifting, it still can help you recuperate physically for other things. And it helps you feel full.

The Sriracha is the best one! And this brand is the best of the packaged, flavored tuna. The other brands are so dry.

The plastic?? You do realize that the pipes transporting water to your house are all plastic, right? Maybe you're looking at 20th century data about plastic leaching into food. Turns out modern plastics like PET and HDPE and PP don't do that. Even if the tuna were physically eating modern plastics. Just not an issue. You probably don't use 21st century non stick cookware either lol. The problem with the internet is that old, inaccurate data never goes away.

Salt = flavor. If you are a healthy person with normal blood pressure, salt intake isn't something you should worry about. Your body is an expert at getting rid of excess salt.

This is the best flavored tuna I've had. Has a great flavor to it.
