No, this is for 1" side plates and I Believe bumper plates are 2".
You could still use it for them, and they would go on and off easier. Just don't exceed the weight limit.

Buper olympic weight trees are more spendy, usually an extra $100. The weight horns are spaced further apart since all the plates are the same size.
For the longest time, I have a bunch of 1" plates that I use for home workout, stacked on the floor in a corner and it's annoying to handle/change weights when working out. This will be very convenient.
