Looks like there are also a few other Sony open boxes at this location in East Hanover. Worth a drive over if you're somewhat local.

Yeah, I heard about that, someone f'd up and used the sale price of $2,300 as the discount amount! LMAO. There's a thread on here about it.

I was very tempted to grab this Sony myself but not sure when I can get to there and I'm about 2 hours away.

lol it came back up, and then the exact same thing happened again. Got all the way through Paypal checkout and then it failed.

There is still an excellent condition one available in Brooklyn for $1139. I don't want it that bad. I'm like 15 minutes from east hanover. Would've been cool to scoop this up for less than 1 thou. I've had my 55" Panasonic VT50 (plasma) since 2012. Still looks amazing. I'll hold off another couple years maybe

The one near me keeps showing up and going away so keep checking your area. The one near me is Open Box - Fair, but even with the full 5 Year warranty it's ~$1000. Figure I could just use the warranty if I show up and it has issues or is heavily used. Have gotten as far as the Place Order button 5 times now, but it never goes through successfully. Very bizarre
