Most people want 4K on a 32" panel but I think this is fine as long as your face isn't smushed up against it. At this price is it an excellent choice.

It's the same as a 24" 1080p monitor. So up to you.

32" is the borderline size that works with both 1440 and 4k.

I'm sitting 32" from my LG with exact same specs, looks fine to me. Probably the max size at 1440 you'd want to go though.

But the question is.. Do i want to wait and go 27" oled with 244hz hmmm..

I've had my eye on this monitor for awhile and this seems to be the cheapest I've seen - I think it usually goes on sale for $299.99? Does anyone know if it's been any cheaper than $249.99?

Hows the brightness on these? I don't really understand 400 cd/m^2 by itself. Is that plenty enough for most games these days?

Are there better monitors in the $200-300 range? $300 is my max.

Yeah, I'm on a 32" 1440p for the past few years. I can't go back to 27"... even if "the dpi is better".
With a 32inch, you can just push the monitor back a little and it frees up so much desk space... and at that distance, the relative DPI feels the same as my as my older 27" 1440p monitor did when it was closer (which is now used as a secondary side monitor). I was thinking about getting this to replace my side monitor. The price is good but man, the reviews are... very mixed. I don't know how easy it is to return to Dell either if I don't like it. Wish it were this price on Amazon with it's 2-day prime shipping and "free returns". 🫤
