IPS Touch Screen is good. CPU is OK. Need to add 8GB ram $20,
Need to replace SSD to 1TB $50.

Total is $420+tax for a doable laptop without gaming.

Looks like I erroneously wrote the laptop had 256GB SSD. Double checking, the specs list 512GB so I've corrected the OP.

This is 11th gen which is kind of lame considering 12th, 13th and now 14th gen exist. This should be cheaper. But I guess on account of it being touch screen it's decent

The i5 has a Passmark score of 10,200. It's okay

What type of ram would be compatible with this laptop? I have only replaced desktop ram so not familiar with laptops.

Thanks for the response. The laptop just arrived today. The keyboards feels cheap but everything else is solid. It is quick but I'll make the ram upgrade just in case I need to do some multitasking.
