The original one is our absolute favorite Bluetooth speaker though the battery life is not good at all. But man does it sound awesome!
I think the one I had was the true original Go+Play, no Bluetooth, just a 30-in connector for iPods. Probably the best portable speaker I ever had, incredible sound.

I still have mine stored in the basement. You can actually buy an adapter than converts the iPod connector to a Bluetooth receiver. It's only $20'ish on Amazon.

I had a white go+play 2 for the last 5 years. Hands down the best and is still rocking but only on AC power supply. Battery is gone.
Just ordered this latest version - I know it will be fantastic.
For me, it looks nice and clean. I much prefer this look than the pills, balls and boxes that are being sold all over..
