Ditto. Never before been tempted to buy MEGA before but decided to take the plunge as well since the reviews were so good and it's Halo.

I bought a Mega Blocks USS Enterprise years ago, and as a self-described LEGO snob, I was quite impressed. I'd get this if I was into the theme.

Only bad thing is once the pieces are loose the manuals sucks at identifying different bricks and their ID number. Their system sucks compared to lego and being able to identify bricks

Got one, this is probably the historic lowest price for this set. It's just a shame there's only 1 Hunter model when the Hunters are always deployed in pairs (at minimum) in the games. The latest UNSC Scorpion set has these same Banished Hunters, but as a pair.

I have 2 boxes of these Mega Halo Collectors edition 99660 that are technically unopened but the boxes are beat to hell/falling apart because they were left outside after an old roommate moved out and left everything behind. Supposed 5000 sets only.

Anyone interested ?

Stay away from MEGA.

I purchased a couple sets of Pokemon MEGA last year for my kid. The quality of MEGA is really disappointed. Some parts are too tight, and some are too loss.

I would rather to pay more to buy LEGO sets.
