After I signed-in, got an even better deal. $12 using code YOURGIFT ($10 off).

Looks like YOURGIFT is a targeted code. I tried it and it says to login with the associated account. YMMV

I am confused if these license keys are good for installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 Pro on a barebone PC (compatible with Windows 11) or ONLY for upgrading from Windows 10? For upgrading why would one need a license key anyway because it is a free upgrade as long as the PC is compatible.

The vendor tells me that it is only for upgrade, which is hard to believe so I thought of asking the SD community.
