Yes. There are plenty of laptops with an RTX 4050 for $800 or less.
And to your assumption of this is costly for the GPU, the XPS 15 with the RTX 4050 costs over $1500, pretty high for a RTX 4050 laptop, right? Then why that is still considered one of the best Windows Laptop? The answer is simple, that ois not designed for gaming.
