I had this very specific couch and a loveseat from the same vendor for a year and just returned it last week.
It was good initially, but the cushions didn't last long and support for lower back wasn't good.
Zero gravity is great.

I called Costco to see if they were available in store and was told this is an online only item no more inventory in stores in NJ/NY

The reclining (seat and headrest) is only for the 2 end sections, and not for the middle section.

And, each section has its own (separate) motor.
