This one has life time warranty. I got a replacement after my first Staub 7 Qt got some chips on the bottom. Very happy with the purchase.

In for one Smilie

I already have the seven quart in cherry red, the one with the grill pan cover. And I was not in the market for another Dutch oven.

So after I posted this, I thought I really cannot pass up 175 for this Dutch oven. The Dutch oven I have now with the grill pan lid is very nice. But it requires two hands to raise and lower the lid. Since it does not have a knob in the center like the normal Dutch oven lid. A minor inconvenience.

This really is a spectacular deal Smilie

How do you guys deal with the dark interior? I thought I'd like it but got a staub once and returned it because I couldn't see the color of the browning. It makes cooking a lot more difficult. But I am wondering if I'm missing something because they obviously have their fans.
