Yes. Widely tested and reviewed as quality oil. Made by Warren who makes many other oils. This and Walmarts supertech are actually very good oils.
It's not really a testament to anything, but for what it's worth, I've been using Kirkland and Supertech in my Toyota Corolla and twin turbo Ford Explorer for the last ~10 years or so with zero issues. Toyota will hit 200k in the next few months and the explorer has just shy of 100k. I used to change the oil at 3-5k and after doing oil tests, (yes im a car nerd) I've since extended that to 7500-10k miles since the oils looked fine and had life left after 5000 and 7500 miles.
Yes, it's good oil although and while not the "best" it will be sufficient for general population use. Check youtube for tests people have performed against other oils.

Does anyone know who manufactures this oil?
From past posts, Warren I believe which makes the oil for Amazon/Walmart brand also. Same oil just different brand so price is the only real difference.

In Costco's case, their oil is manufactured by Warren Oil. Warren also supposedly produces Amazon's AmazonBasics motor oil. It's confirmed in writing on the back of the jug, so we don't need any more proof.

Highline Warren, who took over Warren Distribution recently. They blend a lot of products and also produce SuperTech oil and AmazonBasics. Kirkland/ST/Amazon oil is essentially the same oil/blend.
I just bought it in store yesterday for $38 just to have it on hand in the future. Do they price adjust online, or would I have to return and repurchase if I wanted to save the few bucks?
edit: Looks like I have to go in store for in store purchases. Online purchases can be done online.
