$22.11 per ounce today so 20 oz should be $442.20. How is $520 a good deal?

You'll never get silver eagles for spot price anywhere. Also, silver eagles have collectors value in addition to metal value. 2020 eagles are retailing for $33/each. JMBullion is offering to buy 2024 silver eagles for $24.27.

why own physical silver over a silver ETF? Better Liquidity, better pricing
Assuming everything goes south nothing beats something you actually have in your possession. It's a hedge against all hell breaking lose. Otherwise yes etf is generally better.

not all etfs have to actually own the silver you're "investing" in, so buyer beware

Imagine paying an 18% buyer's premium and thinking you got a good deal.
Imagine not understanding how any of this works, but acting like you do.

Agree, I wish they would let you get 4 total so it would go over the CA $2000 tax threshold.
