This is a great deal! Purchased a set and they fit perfectly on my 2" cage-which is not Ethos. I simply added one of my pegs through the hole in my rack and slipped this over it. It will work with any 2" rack that has holes in it.

This is a great deal! Purchased a set and they fit perfectly on my 2" cage-which is not Ethos. I simply added one of my pegs through the hole in my rack and slipped this over it. It will work with any 2" rack that has holes in it.

Wow when I realized this is for a pair what an amazing good deal! I have a heavy duty Rogue set with my rack that are a pain to move so I don't I just use them for Bench Press. Always wanted a second pair I could mount higher up for Pin Press and OHP. Great deal thanks OP.

The corresponding Ethos rack on DSG website says their folding rack is also 3"x3"

I have the Rogue Monster lite 3x2 half rack. I figured for $15 try it and see. The pin hole 5/8 vs 1" might also come into play.

Amazing deal. Paid over $100 for mine (after coupon and discount GC) a year or so ago. They literally never go one sale. If you would have told me they would be $15 i would have called you a liar..

I don't find mine being a pain to move. Have you marked where they need to go for incline and flat bench?

I needed something for my Swiss bar, it doesn't really fit on the J Hooks. Thanks for the tip!

I picked these up in early December of last year when they were on sale for $50 and they have been a great addition to the Ethos Rack. The ability to adjust in 3" increments makes it easy to find placement that doesn't interfere with a good range of motion while providing that added measure of safety.

FYI. These are not the conventional style where they lock on to the holes in your rack. They look to have hooks on the side that lock onto pegs on the side of the rack. At least from the pictures. Not sure how many racks have this kind of setup.

The Rogue Monster pair not the Ethos? I would just move them from squat position to flat bench position and then back to squat after my workout. It was just another thing to do in my setup routine prior to actually lifting that was eating into my time. My rack is over 5 years old now and the holes are naturally marked from the metal on metal wear from the J-Cups and the spotter arms.

Also on sale but not as big of a discount the Slam ball holder and weight plate storage posts. I wish the Dip attachment would go on clearance.
