Tried this a couple months ago for some cheap home nachos and it is not great. It tastes faintly like the nacho cheese you'd expect but the consistency is super thin and it does taste a bit watered down. They also sell a mix in a glass jar for slightly more from the same brand and that was a significant improvement, albeit still not exactly what we were hoping for.
For those that care, the going price at Wally world is 1.58 here (Idaho/Oregon) for mild and medium(Albertsons grocery is $1.67) so It's up to you if it's worth saving. $0.08+ and not having to travel...

For this to be "cheese" it sure has some weird ingredients and high carbs
That's because it's not "cheese." It's an industrial insulation paste, used to seal cracks in cement, but somehow tastes a bit like cheese when you want bunker nachos during a nuclear holocaust.
