what the f? You just agree to be part of their free 'rewards' program and all orders get free shipping all the time. It took me two seconds to check that box during checkout and my order was 42.99 after tax

Recommend looking up the shoes on Amazon; there's better images of the shoes there.

Personally those images turned me off the shoe even though they look good in the OP site.
