FreeStyle Libre 3 from abbott, which measures Blood Sugar, usually used by diabetic with diabetes, 3 months (6 quantity) $198 without insurance. That is what my family member paid at Costco Warehouse pharmacy, in West Coast (San Francisco & San Jose, CA). It is cheaper than using their insurance. YMMV.

Requires doctor's prescription.

I paid $77 for 2 at Ralphs SoCal. Cash payment without insurance (I'm not a diabetic, so insurance won't cover anyways). Was also able to get 6% back by using my Amex Cash Preferred.

These things are just not accurate. Compared to a finger prick (accuchek guide), these are consistently higher, sometimes by a lot.
