Alternatively, one could buy a suspiciously identical looking model for $49.99.

There are options on Amazon for ultra compact camping chairs that cost even less. But I'm assuming at some point it becomes a 'you get what you pay for' situation.

FWIW, I own a Helinox Chair One, (and a similar performing knock off that cost $32). So I do understand the appeal of this type of product. Just not convinced one needs to spend any more that $50 for an equivalent seating option. YMMV.

At a glance they look identical but they are not. The seat fabric on that one has an attached storage bag (oddly on different sides in their pics based on color), a travel bag and finger pulls on each corner.

They have a different hub and legs as well. The Cliq shows it collapsing down to 13.5" long and the travel bag on that one is 21" long. Cliq is listed at 1.94 kilograms (4.277lbs) and that one just says "5lbs". It could be a pound heavier.
