All these USB-C monitors that support DP-alt mode are mostly the same.

For Nintendo Switch:
* Yes It will work, you need to use the included cable from the Switch to one of the USB-C ports
* You can use other cables, but they need to be either a) USB e-marked (ranging from speeds 2.0 and up) or b) USB 3.2 cables (which are automatically e-marked)
* The other USB-C port needs to be powered by at least a 45W USB-PD AC adapter/charger
* This setup essentially replaces the dock. It would output to the screen and not mirror.

For Laptops/Desktops:
* As long as it's supported, the single USB-C cable can output video + power the portable monitor as well. This works with my Chromebook, Dell, and MacBook
* Note that you can also charge your device if you plug in the additional charging cable into the other USB-C port (45W USB-PD and up), so it will power-passthrough from the monitor back to the laptop

For these monitors, I'd suggest investing a little more into ones that have touchscreen enabled. Using these with Windows/Chromebook/Android + touchscreen makes things much more convenient.

I am not chinese but the name is just a combination of location and Electronic Market LLC combined.

ShenzenShi(City)
Saisi- Maybe the real name?
DianZiShangWuYouXianGongSi- Electronic Market LLC

Basically it will be similar to
New york metropolitan electronic market LLC
just written in chinese.

I use a monitor like this with my S22 Ultra. Sometimes it struggles to power the monitor and resets the connection, but if I connect power it's usually good. It runs Samsung Dex automatically. If the monitor isn't a touchscreen, the phone turns into a TouchPad control for dex. Pretty nifty.

How do you transport these. Seems it would be very fragile, like packing a sheet of glass in your suitcase?

Thats a good one too, though HDR will be limited by the 8bit panel. The one I had linked was 10bit. Also the IPS vs QLED panel for nicer colors. For gaming the 120hz is the way to go though.
Yes, I decided to go with that one for a bit better resolution and speed. It will be not as bright and dynamic as the one you suggested but I hope 400 nits vs 500 nits will not much difference indoor. My laptop Dell G15 with the screen at 250 nits is terrible.

No, these are like your tablet. They are tough.
I frequently travel with one.

Yeah, but every one I've looked at talks about connecting via USB-C. A number of phones used to support what you're talking about, but I've somehow gotten the impression that's become less supported of late.
Maybe they stopped making an effort with wired connectivity as wireless connectivity got better. You could connect to a display like this with a Chromecast, Fire TV, Roku-type thing.

This 15-inch display can serve as a photo frame when connected to a Fire Stick or Chromecast. Unlike other frames on the market, which are usually limited to 9 or 10 inches and cost around $100, this option is more affordable. Additionally, the Google Photo shuffle feature is a noteworthy advantage compared to other available photo frames.

This post breaks Slickdeals rule for Amazon third party seller requirements, yet it's somehow on the front page. That's odd, because I and others have had posts deleted and received warning points for posting (superior) alternative products from Amazon and Ebay with the reason being that the third party seller not having enough reviews. Yet the sellers I've posted in the past had far more reviews than this one.

I have this. You can find it on ebay directly from uperfect for $115. All of the claims are real, and for the price it can't be beat. I'm surprised mods are allowing this link. This front page post must not be sponsored like the last one (even though it wasn't listed as such), where all of the posts offering alternatives were deleted.

Considering this is the lowest price on Amazon for a 15.6" portable 1080p monitor, I decided to spring for a 14" portable 2k monitor instead. It's slightly thicker than the 15.6", but I'll take the increase in resolution for an extra $5.

this looks great except mediocre and negative reviews makes me nervous.

The case/stand offers some protection, but not that much. I have a similar monitor I use for work, but after a couple years of wear and tear in my work bag, there is definitely some inevitable bruising on the screen.
