So are these different than traditional 1# lp tanks in that these specifically are refillable? Or as long as you have the correct adapter, can you refill any 1# tanks?

The traditional tanks are not refillable, even though there are adapters and videos of showing how to refill them. These tanks are certified and are "safer" to use as reusable tanks.

for anyone looking it doesn't seem you can stack coupons for their on sale items, otherwise KING10 takes 10% off

Sorry about responding to an old thread. But I just bought this 4 pack for this same deal price at Flame King, $59.99 with free shipping and no tax. Very good deal. Now over $36 plus tax for a 2 pack at Amazon. Now 10% code is Flame10 for new customers. However, like you said, it didn't seem to work. I emailed customer service to try and get the price adjusted. Checked both the sale page and the coupon closely, nothing mentioned about any exclusions for coupon not to work.

Tried using the coupon also, but not accepted. Pages do say coupon doesn't apply on sale items. See attached.
