The thingiverse is crawling with Packout accessories. https://www.thingiverse.com/search?q=packout
I had a friend print me some feet so I could stack my other boxes on top of the packouts.

You're missing the fact that you're getting 3 organizers for $130. Which the deal spells out very clearly.

You're also paying Milwaukee name brand markup, which is mostly an earned premium.

If they only knew the whole Milwaukee packout system this is a great deal given the free one added plus military discount. Very good deal!

I just took advantage of this deal, thanks OP. I'm curious to see how many of my tools I can fit in here. I don't have many, and most of them are smaller, but I'm starting my collection and want them to be easy to access, and well protected during transit and storage. I am super stoked to see how I can put my 3D-printed inserts to use here!

edit: did not work, tried 3 times.

I've found a few I liked and modified them to suit my needs a little better. I also want to design some of my own. There are a lot of lazy designs or designs that don't have the tolerances correct, but thank you for posting. 😀

Understanding the Milwaukee is premium priced stuff, I'm having a hard time believing the "10 Compartment Garage Organizer" is priced the way it is.

The almost-equivalent DeWalt version - posted her on SD in November - is still on sale as a 'Special Buy' at $12.88.

That's because that is nowhere near equivalent. You don't understand what Packout is. The closest DeWalt system is the ToughSystem 2.0 line.

And even then they don't have ones that are anywhere near as deep as the milwaukee ones above. The closest is and still not as deep as the milwaukee and only $5 less and lower quality (I own both systems).

I have six of the DeWalt organizers you linked. Those are about half the depth of these Milwaukee boxes. The actual DeWalt equivalent of this deal is going for $25/box.
