US Mobile stops all data after high-speed data allowance unless you top-up at the rates below. Infimobile will throttle your speeds after monthly high-speed data is consumed, but data will continue.
When a 5G handset is used, USMobile data is prioritized on the Verizon network -- otherwise data is de-prioritized and akin to Infimobile.
USMobile allows you to use your data as hotspot. Infimobile you have to pay an additional fee to use your data as hotspot

I had talked to US Mobile by live chat and they told me that it's a soft cap whereby your speeds are throttled but it's still enough date to text and even browse.
By the way, live chat agents just seem to answer in inconsistent ways in response to the same question.
TIA.
I find it pretty incredible that if you use the allotted data in any given month you literally can't send or receive texts unless you have wifi access.

If the data plans don't include unlimited texting, yeah I'm out.
Edit: The site is pretty clear that it's unlimited talk and unlimited text no matter the data left. I'll probably buy light data monthly plan at $10 flat, max out data and attempt to text message after. If the service works good and the texting is fine after data fully used? I'll probably sign up for annual plan.

Also, AT&T as a network choice (labeled "deathstar" lol) is coming this summer.
Easy switching between networks is also coming soon.
