Yeah my kids were playing it everytime we went in Walmart and GameStop at their kiosks so I ended up getting it full price. Still had a watch on it and finally saw a price drop this morning. Figured I'd share it since I noticed the drop. My kids definitely seemed to enjoy it a lot.

Will echo other's comments. Not a lot of online going on, but my kids (5, 2) get a lot of mileage out of this one. There's a lot of cosmetics and whatnot to keep unlocking, which keeps them coming back to play more.

Fun little game,but almost no one plays it online. I have 2 kids that played it together a lot so I got the money outta it,others might not.

My 7 & 9 year olds played this very briefly. They enjoyed it but fell off relatively quick. $10 is a fair price for what it is

Fun little game! Even if online is mostly dead, you will occasionally run into other players and the game populates with CPU controlled players so you can always play a game. Wish it was 4-player locally, but it does make for a fun 30 minutes or so here and there in 2-player or solo.

Wish they had made this an NSO bundled game like F-Zero 99 or Tetris 99. Would perhaps have more of an online presence.

4-player local play would have made this a no-brainer, but limiting it to 2? I wonder if that's for technical reasons, because it sucks and doesn't make any sense.

Yes, there is a purely offline mode and then an online mode. Even if no players join the online mode, it will populate with CPU players.
