If the video is correct apparently the ram is all soldered onto the motherboard meaning you're stuck with 16 GB period but as mentioned by someone else for the price you really can't complain.. about 3 minutes and 30 seconds into the video the youtuber starts talking about the replacement of the hard drive
Here's an article that also talks about upgrading the hard drive and that seems to confirm ram is soldered on and not upgradeable .. the article below mentions "For storage, you get one M.2 PCIe x4 slot, limited to Gen 3 " but the youtuber above mentions gen 4 ssd drives should be backwards compatible with gen 4 m2 drives

Bit of a head scratcher as far as the maximum supported hard drive size for the laptop however. In the youtube video above the youtuber appears to be inserting this hard drive though the capacity (1 TB? 2 TB? ) is unknown
