Almost all portable speakers some how sound like that way. There're videos on YT doing comparation this speaker, and it's one of the best.

I really like this speaker and highly recommend it. Ive had many Bluetooth speaker over the last decade and this is the best sound quality/base I've seen in this small form factor. I just bought a second one for "surround sound"

$10 bucks less than I paid a couple months ago. I can't tell how this thing was ever used, if ever. Looks completely brand new to me.

Sound quality is poor on this one?

Anybody have a recommendation on a top of the line Bluetooth speaker? I'm in the market for an upgrade.

Picked this up to replace a XB13 I've been using in my bathroom. I already have the non-SE version of this and find it's a bit better than the XB13. It's a bit heavy on the bass but overall has good sound for its size.

Review for reference. SE version is without the microphone/voice assistant. Only difference as far as I can tell.

I just ordered one yesterday. Sound preference is subjective and until It is personally experienced, you will have no way of knowing.

I remember being at a friend's gathering some time ago and hearing the music and being impressed with the sound of the small speaker which turned out to be a Bose SoundLink Micro. Recently, I was at his house and was impressed again with what I heard. It was the Bose SoundLink Flex this time.
I actually got to test his Flex against my JBL Flip 6 and a couple other speakers I have. I think the Flex compared very favorably. For $59, this is a no-brainer. I would not hesitate.

Soundlink mini sounds great for its size. Impressed this will sound better for $60.
