There were 4 left at the Carmel Mountain store in San Diego, so I happily grabbed one. My need for one is minimal, but I've been looking for an excuse to get one for years. 66% off and down to $99 was an excellent excuse in my book! The battery alone goes for ~$80. Yikes, a slick deal indeed!

Yep. Going in the attic till then
just a heads up the batteries are not gonna love being without charge that long.. mine was real dead when I opened my box yesterday. not even one mark on the level indicator. would hate for them to drain below threshold and become unusable

Picked up 1 yesterday. Any of the stores that have these left is likely due to them being misplaced on a shelf at the top. I went to 2 different HDs looking for these, both showing inventory of 3 and 5 through brick seed. Thankfully an associate named George was persistent in his search for me locating all 5 of them that had been misplaced. He was excited at the deal as well and planned to pick up one after work if any were still available. Thank you for the post and the brickseed post.

My battery was also at 0. Seems to be fully charged this morning. Got the extra protection plan(figured $12 is with it after spending $99 on a "$300" item

eBay prices do say otherwise 🤷 ♀️
Considering the price of this as $105 after the tax paid on the original purchase, after you pay the 15% fee and pay for shipping, you make about $21 or less selling on there based on the lowest price I see there now for this kit (based on $10 for shipping which I'm sure it's more than that). You can do a little better locally, but I don't think it would sell fast.

Got this on Friday - was not yet formally marked down but scanned at the $99 price - check brickseek as it did not show as being in stock on the HD site. Absolutely legit deal especially if you need another battery.

Thanks OP! Took a chance, and found it. BS showed in stock as clearance. It was up the racks in my store.

Found in rafters, don't listen to the employees if they say they have none but brickseek says they do.
Same thing happened to me today. Came home with two of them. Charlotte NC still has several…

As I have to take a tree down, I went to 3 Home Depots to find this chainsaw, but unfortunately Brickseek inventory has been wrong in my vicinity.

If a Good Samaritan with a surplus of these chainsaw has one extra, please DM me, thanks!

That's where they had their remaining three at the store I bought one from today. They had to call their tallest employee to reach it even with the ladder lol. They dropped the first box from about 20 ft.
