Are these the same width as the regular rolls? For example, I notice that Costco brand is a bit wider(takes up more room on the roller) than this brand that comes in a bit more narrow.

9=36 Mega size at Walmart is $6.36 here this 8=32 doesn't seem that great. Definitely not slick. This is good quality and septic safe though.
