I'd recommend Monster Hunter Rise on any another platform if you can swing it. Switch version wasn't awful, but doesn't perform that well, and trying to play high level Monster Hunter on the Joy-con (or in portable mode) is cumbersome.

The game was built for the Switch, though, so while it probably doesn't look much better elsewhere, it surely runs better, and anything is a better input method than Joy-con.

You're correct, they regularly go on sale for these prices. I know because I've been buying many games for my nephew and niece for 2 years, ever since they were old enough to play video games.

It's crazy that I keep seeing the same Capcom titles on sale but none of the ones that are classics like the Power Stone series, Rival schools, Haunting Ground, etc.

It's odd to be complaining about there not being a sale for games that have not even been released on the Switch, or any console save the PS2. ;-)

Dragon's Dogma for $5 is insane. I've bought it 3 times at nearly full price and I've loved it every time, since the Xbox 360 -> Xbox 1 ->PC. Great, great underrated masterpiece if you're into class-based RPGs about goblins, magic, dragons, and just good lore in general. Can't recommend it more every time I see it.

I dislike cloud gaming. I understand the appeal of it, but I want the full download. Sometimes the internet goes out or isnt working as it should. Cloud games are then unplayable.
