I just try to get a new samsung phone s24+, I got a note 10+ to trade in. Tmobile can trade in for 200. and will charge me 35 for activation fee. I went to samsung sie and found that they even take note 8 to trade in for 400! and a free pair of earbud for 100. That's good enough for me

As far as I can see that's only for existing customers
No way, I paid less than $800 for my S22 Ultra, I wouldn't pay $800 for S24 Ultra, it will be that price very soon. The original price of $1200+ is too high for S24U
That's a very good trade-in value from Samsung for a 6-year old phone (that they might be able to resell in bulk for $40)! Guess they really want to keep Note 8 users in the Sam fam.

Who has Verizon here? I might switch from tmobile because I have the cheapest plan (5 lines for $130, called Essentials Savings) but for obvious reasons they never include that plan for enhanced TIVs. I was looking at Verizon and I saw there is a plan called "Unlimited Welcome" for $25 per line after autopay, and while I won't get the full enhanced TIV they're much better than Tmobiles. Does anyone have this low tier plan?

I'm assuming that your order was only for one S24+, NOT 2 of everything as shown in the order details that you pasted in. Is that correct?
Correct. Sorry, the copy/paste duplicated every line for some stupid reason.

I was getting ready to ship my Galaxy Z Flip 4 to Samsung and there is small crack (for lack of better word - don't really know what to call it) on the top/right edge of the phone (see picture). This is my wife's phone - she doesn't know how it happened (she swears she didn't drop the phone / something similar), but says she did notice it about a year ago and hasn't had any issues with the phone functionality.

So, I checked with couple repair shops (Samsung Care, uBreakiFix) and they are telling me the entire front screen assembly (which includes the side of the phone) will need to be replaced and it would cost $350 + Tax. I don't have insurance / warranty. I checked with a phone repair guy inside Walmart, they won't be able to repair and asked me to go to Samsung repair.

Do you think, if I roll the dice, sending the phone ASIS without repair, what are the chances the trade-in phone end up getting rejected?

I will have to send my trade-in by 2/7 and don't have much time.

Any ideas / recommendations?

Maybe call in to the customer service and ask them to change the trade in condition to cracked version....tell them u cracked the screen after the u submitted the order...maybe slightly lower price...but will have peace of mind...if not let it roll...and see how it goes...if they flag the crack and reject it versus giving u the price for the cracked version...u can call customer service and request the trade in price for the cracked version...

I am missing stylus on my Note 9. Hope that is ok from the Trade-In value perspective. Any data point from the past on this? Thanks

I placed an order on 2/5/24 for Galaxy S24 Ultra and asked for the free memory upgrade. The order went through as 256GB, but Spectrum customer service said that once I receive the phone, I can configure it so it would have 512GB of memory. Not sure if customer service was pulling my leg. I'll give it a try when I receive it. If not as stated, I'll definitely return it for a 512GB one.

That's ridiculous. You can't configure a 256gb model to become a 512gb model

Sad I missed this.

Will there be another deal like this or better?

My package got stuck at a Fedex location for more than 10 days...Samsung seems to wait for 10 biz days max....the system manually accepted my trade in last Saturday. Fedex delivered the phone today...(2 weeks instead of 4 days)..
